Fuel consumption per 100km = (Fuel used ÷ Distance traveled) × 100. For example, if you travel 300 km and use 25 liters of fuel, the consumption = (25÷300)×100 ≈ 8.33 L/100km. This is the most common fuel efficiency metric in metric countries - lower values indicate better fuel efficiency.
1 MPG (miles per gallon) is approximately equal to 235.21 ÷ L/100km. For example, 30 MPG ≈ 7.84 L/100km. This tool supports one-click unit system switching with automatic conversion.
