Text folding automatically truncates long text to the first N lines, with the rest hidden. Clicking Expand reveals the full content. Use cases include article excerpts, code-snippet previews, log visualization, and comment collapsing — keeps pages clean and information dense.
Use the "Fold lines" input above the text area to set any value between 1 and 100. The tool will automatically hide any text beyond that count. For example, setting 5 shows only the first 5 lines; the rest is collapsed.
Yes. The tool provides two copy buttons: "Copy Full Text" copies the original full text; "Copy Summary" copies only the visible folded portion (the first N lines).
