In Gmail, click the three dots on the email → Show original. In Outlook, double-click the email → File → Properties → Internet headers. For QQ Mail/NetEase Mail, select "View Email Headers" or "Show Original" on the email details page.
SPF verifies if the sender IP is authorized. DKIM verifies if the email content has been tampered with. DMARC instructs mail servers how to handle verification failures. All three are important mechanisms against phishing and email spoofing.
